F1 star Max Verstappen sports an insane net worth despite being only 24, which may be too young for others to have that much money.
One reason for the abundance of money accumulated by the young driver could be that he started quite early. Currently, Verstappen is the youngest driver to start an F1 race at the 2015 Australian Grand Prix, being 17 years old and 166 days old at the time.
According to reports, Verstappen is the second-highest paid driver this season, just behind rival Mercedes Lewis Hamilton. The pair also struggled in a tough championship race, with Verstappen narrowly leading with just 8 points.
Apart from the Dutchman’s countless sponsorship deals and other sources of income, he has a £ 18.27million a year contract with Red Bull. Verstappen’s net worth stands at £ 44million, which is a lot for a 24-year-old.
Besides Verstappen’s various sources of income, he also currently lives in Monaco which is a testament to his lavish lifestyle at such a young age. Of course, the Red Bull star has earned all of this success and money because he currently dominates F1 despite competing with other more experienced drivers on the grid.
